This will be a slow flow class accessible to Every-Body. We will turn inward for a practice of connecting to our breath and to our movement. Honoring ourselves with kindness and gratitude we will learn ways to be in the present moment. Increasing inner peace while reducing stress, a tool that can be taken off the mat and out into our daily lives. This class is meant to bring you more peace and more joy. All levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged. Please join us with your mat and any props you might need such as a blanket or a block. See you for some yoga fun down by the River!
