Pickup Details:

Please allow at least 30 minutes for us to fulfill your order. To place an order for pickup, select the items you would like and select “Picking Up at Brewery” at checkout. Please include in the order notes a date and time you would like to pick up.

Please note – if the Tasting Room is busy we may not be able to bring your order out to you.  If this happens, please come to the bar to pick up your order.  Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Details:

Merchandise and Non-Alcoholic Products

Orders are sent via USPS or UPS and will arrive 5-7 business days after placing the order. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed. Please note that we have different shipping policies for any Alcoholic Products.

RETURNS: If something doesn’t fit, you may ship the item back to us and include a prepaid return envelope. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Alcoholic Products

We are currently not offering shipping on any of our Alcoholic Products as of Summer of 2023.

Where We Can (and Cannot) Ship 

Many states do not allow beer to be shipped direct-to-consumers. We cannot ship to dry counties or zip codes that exclude the sale or shipment of alcoholic beverages. By purchasing alcoholic beverages from our site, you verify you have checked your local and state laws regarding alcohol shipping. We cannot ship alcohol to PO boxes or mailboxes. 

Age Requirement: Adult Signature Required  

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Ginger’s Revenge, and will be required to present a valid photo ID and sign at the time of delivery. UPS requires a shipping surcharge for adult signature. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend shipping to your place of work. If it is discovered that alcohol was purchased unlawfully, the order will not be delivered and no refund will be issued.  


Shipping Details and Timeline

Please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive your UPS tracking information once your order has been scheduled. Since we do not use preservatives, our beer must stay refrigerated and requires insulated cold shipping. The cost of insulated packaging will be included in the shipping costs. To prevent beer from sitting in a warm warehouse, we will  only ship out orders Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed after 11:59 PM on Tuesdays will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Attempts

Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver will not be refunded, and additional shipping may be incurred. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to have the product returned to us.

Liability for Damages

We are not liable for damages to goods caused by weather conditions and/or “Acts of God” during transportation. “Acts of God” include catastrophes such as, but not limited to, plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine, or natural disaster.

Pricing and Availability

Price and inventory are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will make every effort to ship your order within 5 business days. Some orders may take a little longer during peak seasons. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until the product is back in stock.
